The range is built with sensitive skin in mind: no added fragrance, no essential oils used as fragrance, and a gentle cleansing system. That said, sensitivity is individual, so patch test on a small area for a few days before applying anything new to the whole face.
Yes. We do not test on animals and we do not sell in markets that require animal testing as a condition of entry.
The formulas are developed without animal derived ingredients. Full ingredient lists are published on each product page so you can check for yourself rather than take our word for it.
The formulas avoid the ingredients most commonly flagged during pregnancy, but we are not in a position to advise on your individual circumstances. Take the ingredient list to your doctor or midwife and follow their guidance.
Thirty days. If a product does not suit your skin, contact us and we will arrange a return, opened or not. Skincare that does not work for you is not a purchase we want to keep.
Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days, with delivery times depending on your location. Tracking is sent by email as soon as it ships.
Not yet. We are focused on getting domestic fulfilment right first, and will expand once it is consistent.
Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. A bathroom shelf is fine, a sunny windowsill is not. Close lids properly, since air exposure degrades some ingredients faster than time does.
Each product carries a period after opening symbol on the packaging, generally twelve months. Unopened, formulas keep for considerably longer when stored properly.
Yes, and it matters more than anything else in your routine for how skin ages. We do not make one yet, so use any broad spectrum SPF 30 or higher that you will actually wear daily.
